Linnea Deluise is a Denver-based therapist offering individual therapy.
Due to COVID-19, my practice is 100% virtual through a secure telehealth platform.
I am not currently accepting new clients.
My Approach
My therapeutic approach to address your deeply personal needs will be strengths-based, client-centered and integrative. I access many different evidence-based treatment modalities including psychodynamic theory, narrative therapy, and solution focused, in a warm, authentic and compassionate way. To me, the relationship between client and therapist is the most important component to a successful therapeutic partnership. We will work together to explore your feelings and experiences in order to highlight your strengths, identify patterns, and create meaningful change. I would be honored to help you utilize and enhance the skillset you possess to live the life you desire.

Fees & Insurance
My standard fee is $140 for a 45 minute individual psychotherapy session.
In Network: I am in network with Aetna, Optum, Cigna, and Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield. I can assist you with verifying your insurance information prior to beginning psychotherapy services.
Out of Network: Many individuals are eligible to receive partial or full reimbursement through their insurance provider for psychotherapy services, after a deductible is met. I recommend contacting your insurance provider directly to understand your benefits, deductibles, and how to submit your claims before starting therapy. I will provide you monthly invoices with all necessary information for submission for reimbursement and am happy to help you navigate this process.
Sliding Scale: If you are out of network and my standard fee is too difficult to pay, please contact me to discuss a sliding scale option.
Payment is due at time of service, regardless of reimbursement from your insurance.
